We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and well-qualified Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated academic team at a renowned CBSE-affiliated school in Parbhani, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should be an ambitious educator who is keen to explore innovative teaching ideas and contribute to the holistic development of young learners. This position requires a team player who is ready to engage in school life, including extracurricular activities.

In light of the current pandemic, candidates who are unable to join physically can work remotely and take online classes until they are able to relocate (within one month).

Key Responsibilities
• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs and interests of young children in Kindergarten.
• Instructional Adaptation: Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the individual learning styles and developmental stages of each child.
• Interactive Learning: Lead fun, interactive activities to develop children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills.
• Student Development: Foster a love for learning by encouraging creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking in young minds.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and community-building initiatives to enhance the overall student experience.
• Online Teaching: If required, provide online lessons to students during remote teaching periods (due to the Covid-19 situation), ensuring continuity in learning until physical attendance is possible.

Requirements
• Education: Higher education qualification, preferably a graduate degree.
• Certifications: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education), D.El.Ed., or any equivalent certification.
• Communication Skills: Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is valued but not mandatory. Well-qualified fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
• Adaptability: Ability to work remotely initially (if required) and transition to a physical classroom setting once feasible.
